Today we will do a back, upper back, lower back, arms workout of 13 exercises by using two bottles of water and it lasts only 10 minutes!
The video is full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. If you need a break you can take it!
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to train them from different angles.
