10 Min Full Body Home Workout | With Weights

Today, we have a new program of 14 exercises full body and to make it more effective I will use 2 dumbbells!

These programs that have extra weights are my favourites, I hope for you too! If you don't have any weights available at home it's ok, you can do the whole program with two bottles of water.

This program includes 14 exercises with each exercise lasting 30 seconds and the break 15. If at some point it seems difficult, modify the breaks by pressing the pause to get it right!

The ideal is to complete it like me to get the maximum result! The dumbbells that I use is 5kg. 💪
