16 Min Weight Loss HIIT Workout

16 minute ΗΙΙΤ program ideal for weight loss! In this program you do not need any equipment and you can do it at home.

The program is divided into 4 sets and includes 10 exercises that we make them from 2 times.

The exercises last 30-40 seconds and the breaks 10-20. Find your own rhythm to be able to complete the program correctly by pressing pause where necessary.

At the beginning of each exercise I give a low impact alternative for those who want to do the same program but at a lower intensity!
