This is a cool down program with 31 stretches that you can do after each of my programs. The program contains stretches that cover the whole body and it is important to include them after any type of exercise.
Spend some extra time on the exercises you do to help your muscular system recover after each workout. This video covers all the basic stretches so you can avoid any injury.
You can at least once a week after an intense workout give a little more time to each stretch beyond the 20 seconds I stay in this video to improve your flexibility!
