For today’s workout we are going to do an Abs workout with 14 exercises which is quite intense and can give you results within two weeks!
The video is full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing for each exercise. If you need a break you can take it!
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to train them from different angles.
