Today's program has 14 leg exercises with dumbbells ideal for training all the muscle groups of the legs!
Like most of my programs so far, today in each exercise we will stay for 30 seconds and then we will take a break of 15 seconds.
Try to modify any exercise that may be difficult on your knees and include it at another time.
It is very important to do a little warm-up and a few stretches at the beginning to avoid injury.
