This workout will help us now that the gyms are closed to replace the treadmill and generally the aerobic machines with 14 aerobic exercises that we can do at home without equipment!
In each exercise we will stay for 30 seconds and then we will take a 15 second break. If for any reason you want to take a break you can press pause.
