Today we have a sixpack abs workout, with no equipment that only takes 10 minutes! The abdominal is an important part of the body that in order to exercise it properly we have to do different exercises to target the lower and lateral area.
In today's program we have 12 exercises 30s on and 15s is the break.
Every program I do you can make it yours by making small changes in the breaks. The ideal is to take short breaks as I do in the program so that the abs do not have time to rest.
