We have a very effective workout with exercises for the whole body today that you can do at home even if you do not have any weights or fitness bands.
The program includes 22 bodyweight exercises and lasts 16 minutes. In each exercise we will stay for 30 seconds and then we will take a break for 15.
16 minutes is a short time and we can easily find it during the day. Set your schedule and do it either in the morning after a light breakfast or in the afternoon.
