Toned Arms - Home Workout With Weights

Today we have another program for toned arms & upper body with 16 exercises that in 12 minutes will help you strengthen and tighten!

To do the program you will need only two dumbbells, if you do not have dumbbells at home you can do it with 2 bottles of water.

The duration of each exercise is 30 seconds and the break 15. Each person is different so you can change the breaks at any time to adjust it!
